By accessing this site and/or placing an order with Pretty Neat Studios you are agreeing to be bound by the latest Terms & Conditions. Pretty Neat Studios reserves the right to change Terms & Conditions at any time.

Please note: ‘We’ refers to Pretty Neat Studios and its employees, ‘you’ refers to any customer or individual using the website or placing an order with us.

All prices are subject to change. Orders will be charged at the price shown on the date the order is made. Written quotations are valid for 60 days.

All print orders are subject to a set up fee of £5, plus the cost of prints and postage.

Our standard payment terms are 14 days from receipt of the invoice, however, for jobs expected to cost more than £100, we will require a 50% deposit before proceeding. As such, slow payment may delay an order.

Where possible payment should be made by BACS transfer to the bank details shown on the invoice. Alternative payment methods can be provided upon request. Deposits are only refundable at our discretion (see Cancellations, Refunds & Returns).

Small samples of our standard paper options may be requested free of charge. Printed samples will be charged at our standard printing & postage rates.

Orders are subject to availability of materials from our suppliers. Where sourcing/supply of materials proves difficult we reserve the right to use substitute materials of a similar quality. We will contact you in advance to discuss the alternative options available should problems with this arise.

While we are happy to print onto materials provided by you, we cannot guarantee the same level of print quality, detail and colour as when using our own professional papers.

While our printer, inks and papers are of the highest quality, we cannot guarantee that the colours produced will be exactly the same as those shown on your screen. We also cannot be held responsible for a reduction in print quality which is a result of a low quality file provided by yourself. When ordering a large quantity of prints we recommend ordering a single print to begin with to ensure you are happy with the colours and quality before proceeding with the full order.

All our prints are hand finished to the highest standard and will be quality checked to ensure they leave our studio in perfect condition.

Lead times can vary greatly depending on the size of each job. We will ask you to confirm deadlines and timescales at the time of ordering. When possible, we will try to accommodate rush jobs, but these may attract a premium charge and higher delivery costs.

Delivery charges will vary depending on the size of the order. All prints will be packaged within a cello bag, sandwiched flat between 2 layers of double corrugate cardboard and sent via Royal Mail or courier service. Packages should be checked for damage before being accepted, as responsibility for the package transfers to the customer upon receipt. We should be notified of any discrepancies or issues with the order within 48 hours of delivery.

Unfortunately due to the bespoke nature of our work, we are not able to accept returns. Please notify us as soon as possible via e-mail if you wish to cancel or modify an order. Cancellations are not possible once printing has begun and modifications to an order to can only be made at our discretion.

We reserve the right to use samples and images of any products made for you for the purpose of advertising and promoting our business e.g. photographic images presented on our website.
